What is a Migration Seminar?

It is an overseas moving seminar which is held nationally and that is entirely free! Magna-Thomson's Migration Seminars are well-known. They are designed to assist families migrating and help them taking the stress out of an international move. Seminar dates are updated monthly. These seminars provide an overview of everything you will need to know if you are thinking of relocating overseas. The seminars are well attended and are organized in an informal and light-hearted way. They are informative and we believe they will ease your relocation. You are also supplied with documentation that you can take home and which will help you to remember all the key facts discussed.

What will be discussed?

The presenter will give you all the relevant information regarding the shipping of your goods and the psychological factors inherent in an overseas move, as well as the shipping costs to major destinations such as the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Australia, Canada and the United States.

You will benefit most if you have already applied for residence in your new country or returning to your country of origin and intend to move in the next six months or so. The seminars deal more with the logistics of the move and not the number of points required for residence in New Zealand, Australia, etc.
